Included in each of our home supplies is the foundation posts, walls, flooring, and the roof.

While we try to make the home building process as simple as possible, there are a few products and services that need to be outsourced.
You will need a plumber and electrician. Appliances like fridge, oven and toilets are not included. Lighting fixtures are not included.

Modular prefabrication is the process of constructing a building in sections off-site. These sections are then transferred to the job site and assembled.
The process is typically faster and more efficient than traditional construction because much of the work, such as framing, roofing, and interior finishing, is completed in the factory, reducing the need for on-site labor and minimizing delays due to weather or other factors.

Cassette Flooring is prefabricated flooring system consisting of panels that interlock together. These floors are lightweight yet durable.

We use a Wildboar foundation, commonly used for modular buildings.

The products can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to deliver to Hawaii. We always do our best to get the products to you as soon as possible.

The products take 1 to 3 weeks to deliver to California. We always do our best to get the products to you as soon as possible.

We do extensive research and shop around to ensure you get not only the best rate, but the product delivered as soon as possible. In order to make sure your product is delivered unharmed and complete, covered by insurance, etc., we require the product to be shipped with our vendors.

We are currently available in Hawaii (all islands) and Southern California. If you are in a different area and interested in any of our products, please reach out to us and we will let you know when we expand to your area.

While we would love your business, we are not currently able to expand beyond our service area and sell our products elsewhere. We have a company representative work with your General Contractor to ensure the products are put together correctly.

Currently, we do not have models available in Hawaii or California yet. We look forward to having one available soon. There are models located in New Zealand.
